By using the Service, you (the “End User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
- The provided indicative quotations may change without notice and are for informational purposes only, as they are subject to vendor approval. To place an order, an End User must request an official quotation, which will include final product and pricing details.
- Official quotations represent Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd’s final offer to the specified End User for the sale of listed products and services, subject to the terms and conditions herein. To proceed with a transaction, an official purchase order is required. Acceptance of the offer implies agreement to these terms and conditions.
- Freight costs for quoted products and services may vary and can only be confirmed upon order conversion. While Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd strives to maintain quoted prices, unforeseen increases beyond our control may necessitate price adjustments.
- This quotation is valid until the specified expiry date. If an extension is needed, please contact [email protected].
- The quotation is valid exclusively for the mentioned End User.
- Although Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd has taken considerable care in preparing this quotation, inaccuracies may occur. The company does not accept liability for any errors, omissions, or changes during the quote’s validity. If inaccuracies are identified, an updated quote will be provided.
- Vendor pricing may change during the quote’s validity period due to factors outside Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd’s control, such as product pricing adjustments or exchange rate fluctuations. The company reserves the right to modify product and service pricing as necessary.
- For multi-year software orders and cloud renewals billed annually in advance, Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd can only commit to the first year’s quoted price. The company cannot quote or commit to orders longer than 12 months, and separate quotes are required for each term, reflecting the current exchange rate.
- Orders are non-cancellable and payments non-refundable once placed. Order cancellation will only be accepted if requested before booking with the vendor.
- Title transfer occurs upon invoicing.
- Payment terms are in accordance with the Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions of Trade agreement.
- Returns are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by both the vendor and Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd.
- Partial shipments and invoicing may occur based on vendor shipping policies.
- Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd disclaims responsibility for changes in estimated delivery dates and shall not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages. Delivery dates may change without notice, and the company will make every effort to provide up-to-date information.
- If a quoted product or service becomes unavailable, Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd will offer a suitable alternative. If accepted, an updated quote will be sent to the End User.
- Aurora Technologies Pty Ltd bears no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the company’s inability to complete an order or delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, theft, crime, labor disputes, war, or supply chain disruptions.
